negligence may result in additional charges.
6.2. Flex Lagos Apartments reserves the right to charge the credit card provided during
reservation for any outstanding charges, damages, or losses incurred during the guest’s stay.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
7.1. Guests are expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of Nigeria
and Flex Lagos Apartments.
7.2. Any illegal activities or behavior that violates local laws will result in immediate eviction and
may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Amendments to the Housing Policy:
18.1. Flex Lagos Apartments reserves the right to amend or modify this housing policy as needed.
